''As a military man with an operational logistics background I am proud to serve again in the Town of Colchester which retains a tremendous bond between all communities within its confines, including the Garrison, and I am delighted and honoured to have been entrusted by the Committee and you all with the prestigious position of Chair of Colchester2020.
