If you live near a railway station on the National Express East Anglia network, travelling to work by train could offer you these benefits, as well as some substantial perks for personal travel during your leisure time.

Season Tickets
A 10% discount is offered on National Express East Anglia season tickets for travelling to work.
- You can buy a one month season ticket, quarterly or annual. Odd period season tickets are also available, for example 3 months and 10 days.
- An annual season ticket offers some fantastic benefits for your whole family as well as working out as much cheaper than purchasing monthly or quarterly passes
- These include 34% off other train journeys within the “Network Card” area for yourself and up to three other adults and a £1 flat fare for up to four children
- A railcard for your partner for just £1 (normal price £25) which enables them to travel independently with up to three other adults and four children at a discounted rate
Flexi Business Travel Carnet
If you want to try the train out before committing to a season ticket, or want to just travel occasionally by train, you can get 10% off a flexi business travel carnet.
- The scheme works through bulk buying 20 or 30 anytime day return tickets with a discount, for your journey to work, which you must then use within 3 months
- It is ideal if you want to travel to work by train one – three days a week
- It gives you the flexibility to travel into work by train some days but cycle, use the bus, get a lift or drive in on others
- You can also benefit by using the tickets to travel anywhere on the NEEA network at weekends
When you want to use one you simply tear one off, validate it with the date and present it when you travel.

Once you have had confirmation back from your Travel Plan Contact you can purchase any of the tickets with the 10% discount directly from National Express East Anglia’s Customer Services Centre on 0845 600 7245. You pay by credit or debit card over the phone and they send it to you in the post.
